This section is for Witness Statements, which were collected by both teams of lawyers during the civil lawsuit (i.e. the wrongful death lawsuit filed against Adam Kessler for waiting an hour to call the cops after he found his roommate Jacob’s body passed out on the ground).

 If you follow the statements in order, they'll explain all the details of the crime and let you know what happened during the trial. All together, they represent the closest thing to a narrative backbone this website has, so if you're confused about what's going on, I recommend you start here.

 The timeline presents the phone data in chronological order. You can click on piece of data to open where it's located in the person’s phone (i.e. if you click on a text message notification, it'll bring you to that conversation on their phone). You can also compare different timelines side by side.

This section is for the phone data collected from the major subjects of the lawsuit. About three and a half months worth of phone data for four different people is gathered here. You can go through texts, photos, notes, internet  history, and more. You'll browse through the apps on their phones just like you  would on any smartphone.
